I’m a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist. I have 10 years + experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I use an integrative technique combining CBT, analytic-systemic, Systemic and bio decoding approaches.

Rogers The way I see it, Psychotherapy provides a safe space to heal, grow, accept and adapt. Given that the only constant thing in life is CHANGE, we need to have the tools to adapt and to provide ourselves the best life possible. “We are what we are because we have been what we have been, and what is needed for solving the problems of human life and motives is not moral estimates but more knowledge.” –Sigmund Freud We grow up not only dealing with our internal dilemmas (thoughts, emotions ...) but external factors as well (society, taboos, traditions, family rules …), hence my motivation to study and work through several techniques that accompanies the human on most possible levels; while respecting and evolving the uniqueness of each person alone.
